2. Booking & Payments

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payments.

• Any additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or failure to provide access to the property will be considered a late cancellation, and charges may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our cleaners.

• Any valuable or fragile items should be secured before our cleaners arrive.

• If any hazardous conditions are present (e.g., biohazards, pest infestations), we reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Liability & Damages

• Our team takes great care when cleaning, but in the unlikely event of accidental damage, customers must report it within 24 hours.

• Crazy Peazy Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

• We are fully insured, and claims will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean or discuss a suitable resolution.
